About TES
TES has been operating throughout the South Island since 2017. We started by offering basic Sound and Lighting services to small music events and school formals, and have grown significantly over the years, particularly expanding into live streaming and virtual events during the early 2020s. We began North Island operations with the acquisition of Auckland based AV Events in early 2025
TES is based in Woolston, Christchurch and Mt Wellington, Auckland. While our bases are in Christchurch & Auckland, we provide services throughout the whole of New Zealand.
We are a full-service AV Production company that has experienced exponential growth into corporate, touring, and festivals markets. Our journey began with small music events and school formals, but we’ve evolved to handle complex productions across multiple industries including corporate events, concerts, festivals, and virtual events.
TES operates with a team of 25 full-time technical staff, along with a roster of skilled contractors and casual staff. Our team includes specialist technicians in Lighting, Audio, Staging, AudioVisual, and Rigging, allowing us to handle diverse and complex event requirements.
We provide services throughout the whole of New Zealand, with our bases in Christchurch & Auckland. Our comprehensive warehouse facility, trucking fleet and experienced team allow us to travel and provide services across the region.
