When the delegates in the room are professional conference organisers, the production has to be right. PCOA 2025 at Te Pae Christchurch was a large scale, multi-day event that put TES across every corner of the venue, from individual breakout rooms to a half-auditorium, an exhibition hall, and a dedicated silent session space. TES planned designed and delivered technical production across eight breakout rooms with scaled audio, vision, and staging support.
The main auditorium featured a full-scale Adamson line array with Shure wireless and a comprehensive Martin Mac lighting rig supported by LED effects and pixel mapping. Multi-camera IMAG and broadcast recording ensured every session reached its full audience. TES managed every room, every speaker, every transition.
IMAG and broadcast recording were handled via a Sony HDC-1500 chain camera with Fujinon 99x HD box lens, supported by Sony PXW-320/350 chain cameras, giving the client a broadcast-grade record of the event alongside live audience projection.
